Your product will be shipped within 3 business days by Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number by email that will allow you to track your package. Free shipping on all orders over $250 with the code FREESHIP at checkout. Delivery possible worldwide.

In case of a defective product, contact us at info@gank.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. We will then send you a pre-paid Canada Post return label. Following inspection of the returned items, we will issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the order.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the items to us at your expense within 30 days of receiving your order. You can also return the items in person to our boutique, located at 4644 Rue Notre-Dame Ouest, Montréal. Following inspection of the returned items, we will send you an electronic gift card for the amount of the returned items. This card is applicable on our online boutique and in person at our Montréal boutique.
